You know you’re not where you want to be, but you’re not sure how to get there alone.
Life is full of challenges. Navigating the changes and turns is even harder.
Maybe you:
Tried therapy and felt like they weren’t focused on your specific goals and needs.
Are afraid to open up to someone about everything going on in your life.
Feel ready to grow, but don’t know where to start.
— let’s figure it out, together.
At Hibbard Psychological Services, we provide compassionate therapy services with a collaborative approach. Simply:
We get to know you and work together toward your goals for your life.
We believe therapy is not one size fits all. How often we meet, the therapeutic techniques, and goals of each session are unique to you.

how it works
Complete the inquiry form and we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation call. From there, we’ll schedule your intake appointment.
During your intake, we’ll review your goals for therapy and create a treatment plan, including the frequency of visits.
We’ll schedule your next session at the end of each meeting and continue therapy for as long as is needed.
If you inquire for assessment, we’ll gather some details then schedule the 4 hour assessment time block.

My approach to therapy is all about coming alongside you on your journey. When we first meet, we’ll review your goals and create an individualized treatment plan for exactly what you are needing. That will include deciding the frequency of sessions. For some clients, that’s once a week, for others it’s every other week. And the frequency may change throughout the course of our work together. We can also take your schedule into account when making that decision.
