Finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is an important step in your healing journey. We’ll start with a brief introductory phone call to learn more about each other.
From there, we’ll schedule a first session which will be your intake. During that session, we’ll review your goals for therapy and create a personalized treatment plan.
Then, we’ll schedule the next session at the end of each meeting. The frequency varies— we may meet once/week or we may meet once/month. It will be customized to your needs and schedule.
